how to place an order
Are you wondering what our process is from your initial enquiry through to your completed order? Take a look at the page below for an easy to follow step by step guide to our process and what is involved in each step.
your initial enquiry
Email your enquiries to carl@partridgepeartree.com or use the contact forms in this site. Please include your phone number and delivery address.
submitting artwork
If possible, please email your artwork as a vector PDF with all fonts outlined. Please include any Pantone references that you need for your logo or brand. Any images need to be of at least 300dpi resolution for best results in final print.
quote
After finding out the requirements for your commemorative coins including quantity, size, finish and packaging options if any. We will then revert back with a quote for your approval.
Virtual visual
Once you have received your quote and you are happy to proceed we will move to creating a virtual visual for your approval. This will show a virtual version of your commemorative coin in your selected finish with your artwork with any packaging options you may have asked for, i.e. coin card, velour case, clear capsule or the prestigious wooden box.
placing your order
When we receive your approval of the virtual visual and you want to proceed with the order we will then require the following information so we can add your details on to our system.
1. Your full invoice address
2. Your full delivery address, (if different from invoicing address).
3. Tel/Mobile numbers, email addresses and all relevant contact details.
invoicing
Once we have received all the relevant information from yourself we will then email a pro-forma invoice which can be paid in full via BACS Transfer. Once we have received full payment we will then proceed with mass production of your commemorative coins.
