Preferred Formats
VECTOR FILES (PREFERRED)
Artwork for your custom commemorative coins and medals should be supplied in a vector format in either an Adobe Illustrator editable .EPS or .PDF for best results.
All text must be converted to outlines. If you have specific Pantones in your artwork, we will need references supplied with the artwork files. If you have artwork in .jpeg or .doc files but cannot supply it in vector format, then we can have the artwork redrawn for a small fee.
DIGITAL PRINT FILES
For all digital print we recommend that 300dpi is the minimum resolution images and artwork should be supplied at.
All artwork must include at least 3mm bleed all round for trimming. All placed/linked images must be embedded or included separately.
PREFERRED FORMATS
Adobe Illustrator Vector .EPS/.PDF (Fonts must be converted to outlines)
Photoshop .PSD (NOT VECTOR – only acceptable for digital print if resolution is 300dpi or higher)
In Design .INDD (NOT VECTOR – only acceptable for digital print if resolution is 300dpi or higher)
.tif (NOT VECTOR – only acceptable for digital print if resolution is 300dpi or higher).
